Day 5 Channelings from the inner regions of the Universe – The 8 Earths

Conscious awareness begins to exist when you can feel yourself before you feel anything else.

It is a bit like walking on water if you try to be conscious awareness without feeling yourself. It is an illusion that only works while you imagine it. As soon as you let go of the imagination, it disappears.

This means that it is a good idea, now that your consciousness is beginning to exist in the new version of time, to be connected to yourself and feel yourself as well as possible and continuously during periods when you have room for it in your consciousness. You may want to keep a journal of how much and how little you can feel yourself over time. See how it develops and how it changes you.

It is not as strenuous as it has been before to be focused in these ways. It provides breaks and oases within, where your consciousness and your energy system are free from overwork with unconscious and semi-conscious nonsense. What becomes strained is your mental field, which is not used to being deeply focused. Once it has become accustomed to it, you will find that your mental field also relaxes when you notice yourself over time.

 

As you carry it increasingly, you will begin to receive ongoing information and inner “online – inline” communications in ways you have not experienced before. It is important to be open and curious about them, but not to give them too much importance and power at first. They are new and a little immature to begin with.

Only when you feel them profound and significant is it a good idea to let them guide you in your unfolding and immersion of your consciousness in the new era, with the opportunities to be taught from within to be conscious consciousness.

When it starts to work, you no longer need to keep a journal. Your consciousness will begin to retrieve what is needed from the “archive” on an ongoing basis. You may be quite surprised at how it can also begin to retrieve from your life moments, situations, and details that you had otherwise completely forgotten.

Your timing in your inner communications will begin to give you synchronous experiences that take you by surprise and astonish you in many different ways. They enrich and enliven you and support you on your path. Sometimes it also unfolds in your surroundings, both because you are awake and aware in a new way, but also because of your interaction with the awakening of consciousness that is taking place everywhere with all people in the new era.

 

Being immersed and allowing your consciousness to run free while you observe, is de-stressing and gives your consciousness the opportunity to release what you have not had room to accept and take in. It helps you avoid “consciousness constipation,” where you may experience a shift from being very synchronized and alive inside to being more sluggish and out of step and timing.

After you have allowed your consciousness to let go by simply letting it run while you observe, there is often a boost in energy and a feeling of being less pressured and freer.

You may feel more inclined to do more and share with others. It’s like coming back after being sidelined for a while.
