The sound of energy opens inside. It is a sound, a vibration, a recognition that comes from the origin of the soul. When the sound of energy becomes noise, there is no recognition. Then it becomes difficult to find your way and figure out what is me and what is you.
As you choose to be in your own company and listen within, you will begin to find the emptiness and the feeling that exists when everything sparkles and becomes filled with energy. To begin with, let it be an experience from which you cannot expect anything. You do not know what you will encounter when you open your awareness and let it come with your receptivity.
As you allow both the emptiness and the fulfilled version to exist, without doing anything else. Then you will experience how it calibrates you so that you begin to register how your energy reacts when you are in different life situations. How you get involved and how you behave. As the experiences accumulate, you become ready to turn the experiences around so that you begin to decide what you want to fill yourself with energy.
As this happens, you will notice how you are filled with and drained of energy. There is nothing special from the outside that determines whether it is one or the other. It is attitudes within you that begin to become available to you as your consciousness is born into the new era.
There are rhythms and underlying settings in your system that are significant and cannot be mapped or uncovered.
Therefore, it becomes important that you can hear the energy while it is happening—with your entire system—without being activated by your survival system.
So, you register what gives and what takes energy in the moment when you listen and are in life’s interaction in every life situation. Both movements are equally important – the energy cycle within yourself has a breath. Where both the inhalation (filling) and exhalation (emptying) of energy belong in the balance.
To start with, it is a good idea to work on ending up with a surplus overall. What gives you a sense of fulfillment that you can register, what opportunities do you have, right here where you are – where you don’t have to do anything to be filled up.
To experience this, you need to have space for yourself. Space in which you can hear the energy in your own system. Where you listen with your whole being.
That is why you start there and give it your attention and your conscious capacity to register it. Your thoughts and experience may tell you that you cannot hear the energy within yourself. But if you pause for a moment and allow yourself to play with it and decide for a moment that you can easily hear the energy within yourself. You just need to find the ear of energy. You can then ask yourself:
So, what does the energy in my system sound like?
How do I experience the ear of energy when I feel the energy from within?
How is my attention focused when my ear of energy is listening?
How easy or hard is it to get to the place where the ear of energy is listening?
